I had a relaxing experience at Crowne Plaza. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. My room was spacious and beautifully maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The happy hour at the Barracks Bar was also a great touch, making our time together even more special. I felt refreshed and grateful for the attentive service.

A Great Business Retreat!

The fitness facilities were a highlight for me; the gym was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine despite my busy schedule. After a long day of meetings, I took some time to visit the pool area, which was both inviting and relaxing. The staff were helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met efficiently. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, which made it easy for me to recharge each night. Plus, having breakfast included meant I started my days off on the right foot—there was an excellent variety of options that kept everything fresh and satisfying.

We had a good stay at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley, exploring the serene Hawkesbury area and its artistic charm. The hotel facilities, including the heated indoor pool and spa, provided perfect relaxation after our adventures. While the dining options could be improved and some room details were lacking, we treasured our family moments and enjoyed the local landmarks, making it a nice experience overall.

The hotel is set in fine grounds, making it perfect for relaxing outside. Our spacious room was super comfy, with a great shower that had excellent water flow. The staff were friendly and helpful, even getting us a taxi to a nearby event. Plus, the early check-in was a nice bonus!

Thankfully, the staff was friendly and quick to help. But seriously, keeping an eye on minor issues like this makes a big difference!

The room itself was functional, serving its purpose well after a long day of exploring, albeit not somewhere I desired to linger. I did enjoy the in-room dining experience, although the space was quite compact with only one small window, and I found myself beneath other rooms with the air conditioning that couldn't muffle noise completely.

A minor drawback was the somewhat limited connectivity in the room, which occasionally made it challenging to browse the internet efficiently. While not a significant issue, it did slightly affect my ability to plan my next day's adventures promptly.

The double room is stylish with coffee, the air conditioning did n't work plus great lighting.

The place has been recently renovated with a well-appointed room that was very useful for a roll-away bed, and it is conveniently located next to a golf course.

I greatly enjoyed its very professional and well managed employees.

i had a cute balcony and coffee in the well-equipped and beautifully decorated room. bathtub in the functional bathroom was a plus. the services were very good, including good hot and delicious breakfasts and private parking if needed. got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

The units are tidy with balcony.

The food here is alright and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. the staff are all super friendly and make you feel welcome 😊.
